Punxsutawney Area School District is accepting applications for the following positions: High School Assistant Principal, French Teacher and Reading Specialist. Send in one packet: a letter of interest, Standard PA Teaching Application, resume, transcripts, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Certificate, three letters of recommendation less than one year old, Acts 34, 114, 151 clearances less than one year old, Act 24, Act 126 certificate, and Act 168 disclosure release(s) to Dr. Charles E. April is Month of the Military Child and we would like to recognize the students of PAHS who have a parent that is currently serving or has served in one of our US Military branches. We honor these students for the sacrifices they've made as a military child and their important role in supporting a family member during their time of service. Any PAHS Student who is a Military Child is invited to visit the announcement on their Canvas Dashboard to complete a very brief survey by 3PM on April 21. A certificate of appreciation will then be awarded to these students as a "Thank You" for their service.

Punxsutawney Area School District is requesting athletic supply bids for the 2026-27 Fall, Winter & Spring Sports seasons.
