EARLY DISMISSAL AND EASTER BREAK
There will be an early dismissal on Thursday, April 2, 2026, in the Punxsutawney Area School District. High School student dismissal will be at 11:40; Elementary student dismissal at 12:40. There is no school on Friday, April 3, or Monday, April 6. Enjoy the break!

The Punxsy DECA team is hosting an evening with comedy hypnotist Mike Lee on Friday, April 17 at 7PM in the PAHS Auditorium! Mike combines all his skills of psychology, hypnosis, magic, comedy, and entertainment to put on an unforgettable show!  Tickets are $10 for presale or $15 at the door.  Students can purchase presale tickets in the Cafeteria during lunches and the public can get theirs from the PAHS Main Office.  PLEASE NOTE: A signed participation waiver must be submitted before purchasing a ticket for this event.  Click on this announcement's headline to download/print a copy of the waiver and bring it with you when you buy your ticket! Jeff Tech will be hosting a second Recruitment Fair evening on April 8, 2026, from 5-7PM. This event is an Open House format--come when you can and stay as long as you wish!
