The indoor track and field team kicked off the first of a series of TSTCA meets at Edinboro University on Saturday, January 11.
For their first TSTCA meet the team had 5 members place in the top 10 individually and 4 relay teams place in the top 10 as well. The team also had a total of 4 individuals and 1 relay team achieve the qualifying standard for the TSTCA championship meet.
Top Punxsy Performances from the day came from Elliana Kostok placing 3rd in the Pole Vault(just 4 inches shy of the school record), Riley Miller placing 4th in the 400; as well as school record performances by Madison Momyer in the 60 hurdles and the Girls 4x200 relay team (Riley Miller, Madison Momyer, Maggie Guidice, Lydia Miller).
