Punxsy had 8 wrestlers move on to the regional tournament this past weekend at Cannon-MacMillian High School. Punxsy had 4 Champions from the district tournament: Joshua Dobson, Jordan Rutan, Logan Moore, and Sage Burkett. Two wrestlers placed 2nd--Brady Dobson and Jayden Rutan while 3rd Luke Grusky and Leland Troutman finished 3rd. The top 5 from the regional tournament move on to sates next week! PUNXSY PROUD!

On February 21, the Chucks Indoor Track team participated in the Tri State Track Coaches Association (TSTCA) Championship Meet in Edinboro. Upward Bound is a federally funded program that provides opportunities for students to receive academic support, explore college option and preparation, mentorship, and more! The Lady Chucks Basketball Team will face Cathedral Prep in the D9/10 5A Subregional Game on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The game will be played at the Hagerty Family Events Center in Erie, PA. Punxsy DECA invites high school students and their families to an Employment Expo tonight (Tuesday, February 24) from 4-7PM in the PAHS Cafeteria. This is a great opportunity to connect with potential employers in the area and we hope to see you there!

There will be a General Scheduling Q&A session in the PAHS Library on Tuesday, February 24, from 5-6PM for CURRENT HS Students in grades 7-11 and their parents/guardians. The purpose of this Q&A session is to answer questions you may have about completing the scheduling sheets that students recently received.

Attention Families of PAHS Seniors: the HS yearbook staff is currently selling Senior Ads for the 2025-26 yearbook. The ads will be printed in the yearbook for your seniors to view after they receive their yearbooks in the spring. If you need an order form, please ask your Senior or contact Mrs. Green at PAHS. Order forms are due by 2/27.
