Ski Club Rules
Punxsutawney Area Ski Club is a function of the Punxsutawney Area School District. All Rules and responsibilities in our student handbook will apply to transportation and on location at Holiday Valley. Students who misbehave or stray from prescribed guidelines may lose various privileges from ski club. Any violation of student handbook or ski club rules will result in club expulsion, detention, and/or suspension, including but NOT limited to the following reasons:
1.Profanity, obscenity, or vulgarity
2.Stealing
3. Threatening, intimidating, harassing, or causing bodily harm to another person
4. Purchasing, possessing, transporting, selling, or using any form of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs
5. Any violation of the PAHS weapons policy
6. Defacing, damaging, or destroying property belonging to the bus company or Holiday Valley
7. Leaving Holiday Valley property.
8. Showing disrespect or disobeying any sponsor, chaperone, or Holiday Valley employee
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY STUDENT REMOVED FROM THE CLUB FOR DISCIPLINARY REASONS
Any student who is disciplined by the ski patrol will not be eligible for the next ski trip. (Non-Refundable).
Ski Club members are responsible for the conduct of their guest. All guests must adhere to ski club rules and register with sponsor before boarding the bus.
Students on suspension during a scheduled trip will not be permitted to attend that trip. (Non-Refundable).
