After-School Tutoring Program

PAHS is now offering an after-school homework help/tutoring center for all high school level students. Any high school student may attend the program if they wish to get extra help in any of their school subjects. The Center is open every day after school from 3:00 to 5:00pm in room 117 at the High School. Students are welcome to stay for any, or all, of the hours during each visit.

      A different group of subject teachers is assigned each night, so students must plan their visits depending on the course(s) with which they need assistance. Students can check the assignment rosters for the center with Mr. Barbazzeni in the main office, with the counselors or secretary in the Guidance Office, or by stopping in room 117.

     In addition to the tutoring teachers assigned to the Center, any other subject teacher may make special arrangements to meet with students (individually or in small groups) on an as-needed basis.
